Meet Julia Ponder

What kind of classes do you teach? Dance Fitness classes and Zumba!

Where were you raised and where do you currently live? Age, if ok. Born and raised in Oklahoma! Currently living in Fountain Valley, and I’m 28.

What motivates you to get up in the morning? Jesus and coffee ;) I really do love taking advantage of the early morning to get my workout in or go on a long walk.

Is there a book you’re reading right now? I’m reading ‘Love Does’ by Bob Goff

If you could only do two workouts a week, what would it be? Dance Fitness and yoga sculpt!

Is there a teacher that you love learning from? I’m always inspired by the fellow instructors I work with! Aubrey Winters is an inspiration to me for dance fitness, as well as Anna Kaiser.

What is your favorite way to spend a day outdoors? Hiking please!

Are there any charities you support? Not currently!

Where can we find you teaching classes? Bounce Society Fitness (Costa Mesa), Crunch: HB, or Studio Fusion (HB)!

Last, what is in your gym bag? My huge water bottle, a towel, and a change of clothes so I can go brunch after a morning class!
