What kind of classes do you offer on your schedule? We offer 6 core meditation (The Seed, Plant Yourself, Keep Growing, Remember Your Root, Bend Like A Branch, Light As A Leaf) classes between 30-45 minutes.

When did your studio open? We opened on April 15th, 2019 :)

The SeedPlant the seed! This 30-minute meditation is specifically designed for beginners, seedlings, by teaching the foundations of meditation and gently guiding us through a warm, welcoming practice.30minPlant YourselfThis 45-minute eyes-closed meditation uses moderated inhales and exhales to calm our mind, balance our energy and bring us to a rooted, grounded space, encouraging us to flourish and blossom in the real world with our eyes open.45minKeep GrowingThis 45-minute guided meditation includes philosophies, enriching stories, and contemplations designed to bring us to a better understanding of ourselves while encouraging us to remain curious, grow and expand as human beings.45minRemember Your RootOur tender heart is our human root. This 45-minute class will teach us how to reconnect to love when we have lost our way. It encompasses compassionate, forgiving and empathetic practices to use on ourselves, on others and all living things on Earth.45minBend Like A BranchTake a 30-minute mind and body break during the day to re-center and recharge. During this class we begin with simple movements to release blocked energy in our body followed by a meditation that allows us to approach the rest of our day with clarity, calmness and a sense of peace.30minLight As a LeafThis 45-minute meditation uses inhales and exhales to .encourage our breath to lightly dance through us and amongst us, like dew on the tip of a leaf, leaving us feeling replenished and renewed.45min

Best parking advice? There is meter parking on Manhattan Avenue and Highland Avenue. There is also a parking garage on Morningside and 12th street.

Are there any upcoming special events or workshops? At the moment, no, but always open!

What makes you love sharing your place of practice?We love sharing our place because it helps us and others recognize the benefits of a committed meditation practice. We created a space in which we could carve moments of time from our busy schedules to find our footing and ground down to find peace and presence in all areas of life. To help us become more human and reconnect with self and others.
