Studio Spotlight: Shift Cycle + Fitness

What kind of classes do you offer on your schedule?

Indoor Cycling Classes

When did your studio open?

Stapleton location opened in March 2016 Sunnyside location opened in August 2018

Parking advice?

Stapleton - it's a breeze. We have a parking lot. Sunnyside is street parking during 9-5 business hours and then a parking lot in between.

Are there any upcoming special events or workshops?

EVERYDAY! We celebrate everyday! ;)

What is your best selling membership package and why do think that is?

We have a variety of pricing options - Unlimited Memberships to Class Packages - just depends on what people are looking to get out of our classes. We recommend people ride at least 3 days a week to get the full benefit of indoor cycling.

What makes you love sharing your place of practice?

Shift is such a positive and transformative place. People come to workout with differing motivations but leave feeling strong and inspired. We pride ourselves on not only pushing riders physically but mentally as well.

Who teaches at this studio?

We have about 11 instructors - we can send names and social links upon request :)

Are there any charities you support? If so, what ones?

We do a lot of fundraiser donations around Denver, both to charities and schools.

What type of retail do you sell?

We sell our custom made tanks, shirts, and sweatshirts.

Last, what should a new student of your studio know?

A new clients should know that Shift Cycle is for everyone - no matter the fitness level. It's a judgment free zone. Because indoor cycling is a low impact workout, it is great for pregnancy and athletes with sore knees and joints. Instructors will definitely push riders out of their comfort zones but because the rider gets to control the bike, they get to be in charge of resistance and speed. We tell everyone to go at their own pace, not to take themselves too seriously,  and just have fun.
