Last, what should a new student of your studio know?

Come 10 minutes early so we can discuss exercise/injury history, do a physical assessment, and to sign the liability waiver. Also bring your own towel and water bottle. As for classes, they are 45 minute HIIT workouts except for Saturday, which is 60 minutes long. Our workouts are designed for any fitness level from beginners to elite athletes. We concentrate on functional movements to help you move better with your everyday activities. Monday, Wednesday, Friday are cardio based, while Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday are resistance based. Saturdays are our super circuit days, where we mix in a few cardio stations followed by some strength stations and bring in a DJ to really get the class pumping.
