Meet Morgan Kaczor

What kind of classes do you teach?

Hot yoga and non heated yoga including; Power Vinyasa, Hot Power Fusion, Yoga Sculpt, Family & Kids Yoga, and Restorative / Yin Yoga.

Small group exercise classes include, Hot Mat Pilates, Bootcamp Circuit Training, HIIT and Kids Fitness.

Where were you raised and where do you currently live? Age, if ok.

Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley - a proud valley girl! Although I moved around a lot, to places like Long Beach, San Francisco and Israel, I always found my way back to the SFV!

32 years old.

What motivates you to get up in the morning?

You don't get a choice weather you wake up in the morning... So, when I do open my eyes and acknowledge that I am alive, well and thriving, thats my motivation! At that point, I get a choice how I want to craft my day! Every morning is a new opportunity to start fresh and create opportunities to grow and learn. I love what I do and creating space for people to find the most authentic version of themselves through fitness, yoga movement and breath is my passion! But, before I show up for others, I create space for myself with my own practice of yoga, meditation and small group exercise classes at The Training Lab. Hot lemon water and iced coffee are also staples in my morning routine.

Is there a book you’re reading right now?

I'm currently reading Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortenson and David Oliver Relin.

I'm also always referencing, reading and re-reading The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.

If you could only do two workouts a week, what would it be?

Hot Yoga at WARRIOR&CO. in Woodland Hills.

Bootcamp / Cross Training at The Training Lab in Chatsworth.

Is there a teacher that you love learning from?

I love going to new studio spaces to take class and gain insight from different fitness professionals throughout the world. I bow to Kallie Miller, my mentor, as she always seeks to inspire and give her students an experience to listen intentionally to the nuances of their own body and inner light. She creates a space where students can use their own keen intuition to nurture their body, mind and heart-space. She has always taught me to be confident in my teaching ability, listen more intentionally, live more fearlessly, and love more freely. Find her in the world, her classes are amazing! JAI!

What is your favorite way to spend a day outdoors?

Hiking in the mountains, visiting the local farmers market or relaxing with a book and a frosty beer at the Beach. Preferably all 3 in a day, in no particular order :)

Are there any charities you support?

I regularly donate blood to the American Red Cross as my blood type O Negative, universal donor.

I deeply support the Josh Powell Foundation - Inspiring the world one battle at a time #KEEPGOING

I volunteer at SOVA Community Food & Resource program.
