What kind of classes do you offer on your schedule?
I teach bootcamp/ hiit Training! I am also a personal trainer
When did your studio open?
I am an independent personal trainer and group ex coach. I run my business in Rocky Mountain Flex which is a collaborative studio of 10 independent trainers and coaches. I have been in the fitness industry for 4 years.
Be honest. How easy is it to park?
I am an AMAZING parker! Haha!!! A man once commented on my mad skills as I parallel parked in front of a restaurant! :)
Are there any upcoming special events or workshops?
My 8 week challenge wraps up this Saturday 11/3 and after that we will be offering more workshops and events
What is your best selling membership package and why do think that is?
My 2x weekly monthly training option is the most popular. I think it is most cost efficient for my clientele and works best in their schedules. Plus, they all usually take my Monday/Wednesday/Friday class so seeing me Tuesday and Thursdays works very well, it’s like training with me 5 days a week.
What makes you love sharing your place of practice?
I have amazing coworkers with so much knowledge that I am constantly learning and growing. With that, we have a dynamic where we’re always all feeding off each other and making each other better trainers and coaches. Our gym from the trainers to the clients to the owners is like a family.
Who teaches at this studio?
There are about 10 independent trainers at our gym!
Are there any charities you support? If so what ones?
I personally support the dare to cheer and the pink foundation through Platinum Plates fitness. Our gym partners with several charities and is trainers participate whenever possible
What kind of retail do you sell?
Primarily I only sell training options but I am a Blender Bottle retailer and a demo manager for Axis Labs.
Last, what should a new student of your studio know?
They need to understand that they’re going to be challenged and changed but everything that they will do will strengthen them in more ways than just fitness. We’re in this. This is a journey.
