Best parking advice? Right in front! We're lucky in that there is plenty of free parking outside of our studio.

Are there any upcoming special events or workshops? We have five Core Intensives this month. They are 30 minutes each and will target your abs, obliques, and back muscles specifically.

This month of March, we are also having our "Pure Madness" challenge. It's 20 classes in 31 days! Clients can earn points by coming to take class, posting on social media, & referring friends to the studio. The client with the most points will receive an additional reward to finishing the 20 classes!

What is your best selling membership package and why do think that is? Pure Barre Lifestyle. (Unlimited Classes)

It's our year contract that includes 10% off retail, Pure Barre On Demand, account freezes, free intensives, and preference on waitlisted classes!

What makes you love sharing your place of practice? The community of women! We are truly women helping women & we love that. Pure Barre is also for men, don't get me wrong, just tends to attract women over men.

The clients all become friends and stay after for coffee & conversation which always warms our hearts. Seeing our clients improve and get those "aha" moments in class is the absolute best.

Who teaches at this studio? There are 10 teachers at Pure Barre Coppell.

Hannah Davis, Christine Schmidt, Ashley Wheelis, Avery Browand, Hailey Hinz, Isabelle Preston, Lindsay Fenstermaker, Cole Lestelle & Amanda Meadows round out the rest of our crew!

Are there any charities you support? If so, what ones? While we do not support a specific charity, at Thanksgiving we do a canned/boxed food drive benefitting the North Texas Food Bank. And during the Christmas season, a coat drive benefitting the homeless in Dallas.

What type of retail do you sell? Beyond Yoga, Lululemon, Alo, Glyder, Good HYOUman, Onzie, DYI Pure Barre branded clothing & more!

Last, what should a new student of your studio know? Let yourself be a beginner! Everyone remembers their first class thinking, "oh heck no, these people are INSANE" "there's no way I'm holding a plank for 90 seconds" "I'm sorry, you want me to do what?!" Listen to your body & listen to the instructor's cues. We demo the first few reps and the rest is over the mic so we can go around, correct form & challenge clients.

Just because we come up to you, doesn't mean you're doing it wrong! What you're doing is probably right, but we see a way we can make it better - thus making you stronger.

The average client sees results in as little as 5 classes.

Pure Barre is low impact and safe for all levels of fitness as well as anyone with an injury or recovering from an injury. Pure Barre is event safe for those that are pregnant!
